Listing Coordinator / Transaction Manager / Real Estate ~ Kendra  When you list your home with one of our Agents, the Listing Coordinator reviews all forms, enters your listing into the MLS database and online, creates listing sheets to help promote your property, and schedules your home for viewing on the weekly agent “caravan” tour. In addition Kendra will assist our agents by coordinating the many parties involved in moving your sale to a successful closing.  The Transaction Manager coordinates communication with lawyers, processes Purchase & Sales Agreements, schedules home inspections and appraisals, monitors Mortgage Company and financing deadlines, and supervises the closing.  All while you focus on moving and nothing else!

Marketing Department— Lisa Harrison Our Marketing Director and Marketing Consultant design and update all of our marketing materials, print advertising, presentation materials, press releases, and market reports.  Additionally, the Marketing Department works with individual Agents to assist them with their personal marketing efforts.
